Certain pathological individuals from the heretical Synod-K are weaving various machinations against me, Canonical Orthodox Priest Father John (Vasilevski), since 2003:
- they attempt to judge me despite the fact that I officially left their Synod back in 2005
- they attempt to judge me despite the fact that it is EVEN MORE IMPOSSIBLE for me to belong to their heretical Synod AFTER they fell into the heresy of Cyprianism this year and are under ANATHEMA imposed for the heresy of ecumenism.
They still lacked the intelligence to think and investigate the simplest question:
In the end WHO do they want to judge �
me or my shadow?
Truly pathological! Because obviously they are blind to see how pathetic they are, when they so hysterically try to catch in their claws... my shadow!

After enduring the slander and machinations of these pathological personalities for 12 years, I believe it is high time to give them a DUE RESPONSE

b) and when it does not benefit him, he LIES: "Father John is with us and now we will judge him—see this publication, it comes from the Synod and not from us schemers...
And those who can think immediately catch his foolish tricks—and laugh at him.
WHEN and WHY did I leave their Synod?
Why is it a lie that I, Father John (Vasilevsky), allegedly belong to their heretical Synod-K? What high arrogance on their part!
And what an insult to me—that I allegedly belong to their heresy!
First of all—allow me to show you TWO FACTS— only two!
FIRST FACT.

- Is it possible to call this Papist pouring, performed in Synod-K, Orthodox baptism?
Note:
1) This Papist pouring is not an isolated case! This is how Papist 'baptism' is performed here
always and in every case in front of witnesses for more than 10 years
� to this very day this publication = video conversation with a witness!
2) Bishop Kallinikos was repeatedly notified by WITNESSES of these constant cases of papal pouring by Maniotis even before he became archbishop!
SECOND FACT.
Compare the following two cases:
A. First case. See how
the 'priest' of Synod-K, ordained by 'bishop' Photios Marathonsky, serves 'liturgy' according to the papal calendar for almost a whole year, and Synod-K not only does not judge him but does not even reprimand him! See the 'liturgy' for the Dormition 2/15 August 2014 According to the papal calendar.
B. Second case. See how
they persecute Orthodox Priest Father Charalambios the Serb — they sent him a letter to appear in court immediately on the third day after he refused to kiss the hand of 'Archbishop' Kallinikos, because Kallinikos fell into the heresy of Cyprianism, and also — because Fr. Charalambios asked only one question, which Kallinikos could not answer and became angry.

So, by comparing, you see with your own eyes that
this undoubtedly:
-
assembly does not pursue obvious heretics who belong to them (or are ordained by them), but
- an assembly persecutes only
of Orthodox Priests, and also laypeople - even when they do not belong to them!
These are only two FACT-examples. In my letter to the Synod from 2003 (which will be discussed further) there are even more facts. But we could provide you with a huge number of such facts, a whole archive! However, there simply isn't space for all of them here, so we are providing you only these.
The essence is - think for yourself and answer:
1) Is it possible for a Priest to know about this, yet remain in this Synod - and still have an Orthodox conscience?
2) Is it even possible for the heretics of Synod-K to have the power to judge that Orthodox Priest who leaves them due to their apostasies?
- Even if they were not heretics—let these hypocrites first remove the beam from their own eye, and then think about the speck in another's eye! (Luke 6:42) And meanwhile they are nothing more than blind guides of the blind. (Matthew 15:14)
And now, after you have seen with your own eyes, I will try to explain in the simplest words so that even
people of such low intellect as Photios
can manage
to understand
the simple Canonical truth THAT:
- Since I requested an Apolitirion (Letter of Release)
can to transfer to ANOTHER Archbishop
and I have ALREADY received it, back in 2005, signed by my Archbishop and Archbishop Chrysostomos, that I have full authority
to exercise my Priesthood
under under the guidance of ANOTHER Bishop

That is why these self-proclaimed judges already DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to decide:
- Do I comply with the conditions of Apolitirion (as they wrote in their pathetic publication like WANTED! so that the whole world would laugh at them)
- Do I violate the canons or not (as they wrote again so that people would laugh at them as they themselves are an example of lawlessness)
- Do I fulfill obedience to my Bishop or not
these are already all the questions that they no longer have the authority to decide = these are already questions that go beyond the boundaries of their competence (and what else is there to say so that they judge...)
NOTE: I asked for an Apolitirion (Letter of Release)
- NOT so that go to ANOTHER
Bishop from their Synod as shamelessly LIES Fotios Mandalis (and others from the group), and
- so that leave their Synod! and therefore this Apolitirion was signed not only by my Bishop, but also by Archbishop Chrysostomos!
What are the reasons,
that I was
so
insistent
even then to leave their Synod?
- as clearly emphasized that this my
insistence • at point 4 of the Apolitirion.
- BECAUSE the Synod had already departed from Holy Orthodoxy!
And this is clearly evident from my letter to the Synod, from 2003, which I wrote with the blessing of His Grace Kallinikos (who was my Bishop at the time).

Then the Synod, after examining this letter, decided:
a) That MY faith is indeed the Orthodox faith!
b) That I am right to be indignant and to scourge this departure from Orthodoxy!
And the Synod gave an obedience to Photios to give me a written response (!) -
both for reason a) and for reason b)
About this decision His Grace Kallinikos personally notified me in our conversation in 2003 at the Holy Archangels Monastery — on the bench next to the Xenon — and I have no reason to doubt his words.
But this heretic and slanderer Photius
rebels against the Synod's decision: already 12 years — he still has given no answer!
Moreover — during all these 12 years he shamelessly LIES and slanders me all over the world — in Greece, in Bulgaria, in Serbia, in England, in Russia and wherever else he doesn't slander!...
But however it may be, this remains on his conscience, which is already so burdened that it drags him into the abyss irreversibly!
The question is that — this is precisely the reason why I so insisted on leaving the Synod:
APOSTASY FROM FAITH — the fact that even then in the Synod of Chrysostom heresy was PRACTICALLY professed = the Cyprianite confession!
To anyone who reads this letter, it will become undeniably clear.
Of course, I could have left the Synod back then with great uproar (as usually happens in Greece), but I decided to act NOBLY!
- the reasons I only told orally to my Bishop
SO AS
NOT TO COMPROMISE the Synod if we write them!
For this reason in the Apolytirion exactly so
it is written.
However, Photios and his immature clique of friends
DO NOT KNOW WHAT MEANS NOBILITY!
This word NOBILITY is completely unfamiliar to all of them!
Evidently it is lacking from their home upbringing! This is the reason why
immature not only did not understand, but also abuse extremely rudely my nobility and behave like hooligans.
And mature Bishops behave exactly
opposite to the lies and slanders of the group of immature ones: Photius, Chrysostom Maniotis, Gregory... Mature Bishops, unlike the immature ones, understand nobility and therefore:
At the point 2 The Hierarchs who signed,
thank me for my Service!
At the point 3 The Hierarchs write that
they regret that I want to transfer to Service
to another Archbishop.
At the point 7 The Hierarchs write that
they pray that God's Providence would cleanse the reasons, because of which I so insist
to leave them and after that, as these reasons will be cleared they
hope that I will return to them again!
Clearly written - see pointat 7 Apolitirion:
a) Mature Hierarchs do not pray that
I change anything from my Orthodox Confession and in my position - NO, but
b) on the contrary the opposite mature Hierarchs express hope before God that
the Synod will be cleansed
from reasons
because of which I am leaving them, that is, I have been cleansed of apostasy from manifestations of the heresy of Cyprianism, (because these are precisely the reasons that I told His Eminence orally, so as not to compromise the Synod if he writes them down).
And only after the Synod is cleansed
then so that and I would be pleased to return
again! Here about this these Bishops ask God's Providence and sign
below!
All this is clearly written, and anyone can read it.
Moreover, mature Bishops could not and did not understand at least because they people and have a conscience (or
at least were such back then) and knew that this is not just 'wrote a Letter' to the Synod in 2003, but 'that
I experienced all of this lived through, all these systematically committed deviations that I listed in this Letter of mine and bore them on my own back! — and it would be an extreme trampling of their conscience and even a loss of human shame if they did not understand this! (Luke 18:2-4)
BUT!
COULD NOT — and likely never will be able to understand such illiterate, uncultured, and conscienceless individuals as Chrysostom Maniotis and Photis Mandalis.
It could not have been otherwise — logic: it simply does not exist in them!
Photios Mandalis, Chrysostomos Maniotis, or any other from the company of slanderers can only
dreamthat anyone would ever write such words of praise about them!
From here and their envy! From here
everyone easily understands why they so fiercely
hate me and pursue and rage.

Any normal and thinking person sees his stupid tricks and laughs:
Is it possible for Synod-K—even if it weren't heretical—to condemn some Priest or Bishop or even a layperson who does not belong to Synod-K?
See how stupid they are?—if you didn't know—now look at them!
How much more foolish than them must a person be
for them to manage to deceive him!
I ASK:
Is it possible for Synod-K to condemn a Priest, for example, from the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia?
Can the heretics from Synod-K—condemn, for example, a Priest like Fr. Eustratios, who serves in Greece but belongs to Bishop Gregory from Colorado?
- Or belongs to the Catacomb Church of Russia?
- Or to any Church that does not belong to their heretical Synod?
- Even the heretical ecumenist new-calendarists rightly and canonically mocked the heresy of Synod-K! But can the cunning Photios Mandalis or Chrysostom Maniotis or another foolish cunning one, imagining himself wise, from Synod-K condemn a 'bishop' or 'priest', or even a layperson, who does NOT belong to Synod-K, but to this separate heretical group?
What is this with them?
Yes, first and foremost it is STUPIDITY. The dullness characteristic of these little hooligans.
But, at the same time, this behavior of Photios IS NOT only stupidity!
It is also pathology = a hidden form
of hysteria = unhealthy dreams of global administrative and judicial POWER - to
judge everyone = the whole world - which dreams stand on the verge of
mental damage!
What I just wrote is not an insult! It is a diagnosis.
Let another psychologist try to refute it with arguments.
Look how they tremble with the thirst to judge! - against all logic, beyond the borders of their diocese = across the whole world - they are not even interested in:
- what will God say? And anyway, is there a God to whom they would submit?
- what will people say? That people will laugh at them (Luke 18:2-4)
They are interested in only one thing: To
satisfy their passion for judging!
Therefore, Undeniable Truth: Photius and others from the group of immature ones suffer from a pathological passion = thirst for power over everyone = over the whole world, which borders on mental impairment.
Self-appointed judges mislead people as if 'I got scared' to come to their heretical tribunal, as if 'I hid myself'...
But no, even before the date I testified to the TRUTH and explained clearly and simply WHY I have not the slightest intention to come to their heretical gathering (Psalm 25:5)
The truth is that these heretics desire
for me to come there for no other reason, but so that they could deceive (trap) me, so that by this my coming I HAVE IN PRACTICE
acknowledged:
- that they allegedly are "canonical
bishops"
- that they allegedly "have the authority to judge"
- that they allegedly "are not heretics"
and thereby, by this my acknowledgment, that I should fall
under the same anathema as they.
They themselves KNOW — both that they are not bishops, and
that they have no authority from God to judge, and that
they are heretics! And precisely because they know all this —
that is why they so passionately crave to receive
acknowledgment of "alleged canonicity"!
But it is impossible — that I, a Canonical
Orthodox Priest Father Ioann, should come to their
heretical assembly of the ungodly (Psalm 25:5) — and
by this my coming there, in practice give them
such acknowledgment, because — such acknowledgment
is a lie! It is impossible for them to be
acknowledged! Let them crave!
Furthermore — agree that:
I WOULD HAVE TO BE
AN UTTER FOOL — to go to a Synod
TO WHICH I DO NOT BELONG!!!
What then, if now Matfeiki calls me
to judge me — and I immediately run to them?...
If one were to list all the assemblies in Greece —
it would be quite a lot of running...
Therefore: EXACTLY
SUCH AN UTTER FOOL is
every (person or group of people)
who tries to judge me ¿ although clearly knowing
that I DO NOT BELONG TO THEM I DO NOT BELONG!!!
For example, in the Bulgarian Patriarchate many
hate me (for over a quarter century now), but,
even though they too are ecumenist heretics like Synod-K ¿
in spite of this, among them NEVER has
appeared such an extreme fool,
who would try to judge me ¿ since they know that
I DO NOT BELONG TO THEM!!!
Could there be more compelling proof that
the ecumenist heretics in the Bulgarian Patriarchate
are much smarter than these fool heretics
ecumenists in Synod-K!!!
But also in no other heretical group have
been found such extremely stupid ones, who would
lack the intelligence to understand this simple truth!
Such can only be found in Synod-K (Kallinikos)!
But even in the Synod-K itself not everyone
are such extreme fools, so
this answer does not even apply to them! It
only applies to those who lack the
intelligence to understand this simple truth!
WHO they exactly?
I cannot answer this question precisely,
because I do not know them all. Only some.
But no matter, they will answer themselves and even
will sign!
You will see for yourself just wait a little!

my predictions.

Who asks for a blessing from heretics, or in another way acknowledges that they supposedly have grace, or authority to make decisions, or sacraments—
falls under the same anathema with them.
By Photios publishing this "summons to trial"—he only shows how strongly they
desire seek to achieve recognition,
that supposedly have legal and administrative "authority" to judge = to make decisions.
But they will not get it from me! Because that would mean that I would be lost:
- that they supposedly are not heretics
- that supposedly in these their decisions (and thus in their heresy=delusion) supposedly they are guided by the Holy Spirit!
This is blasphemous!
for the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth
(John 15:26)!
The Holy Spirit is not the spirit of error
(2 Thess. 2:10-12)!
How can I acknowledge such blasphemy? So that I too would join in their delusion!???
On the contrary - not only do not acknowledge that they supposedly have such authority - but even:
a) I ANATHEMATIZE their heresy in full submission and harmony with the Synodal condemnation and ANATHEMA imposed on their heresy in 1998!
b) I ANATHEMATIZE their heresy in full submission and harmony with the Synodal condemnation and ANATHEMA imposed on their heresy in
1983 by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, which:
1) anathematized the heresy of ecumenism
2) anathematized everyone those who teach that
the sacraments of heretics suffice for salvation:
Under this anathema fall the heretical Cyprianites, who teach precisely this.
In 2014, they created a new Cyprianite Synod, whose "archbishop" became Kallinikos Sarandopoulos. To announce this heretical union and give it an "Orthodox" appearance, Kallinikos Sarandopoulos created a new heresy, in which he teaches that heretics supposedly "have no need to repent for their heresy to be received into the Church". Nikolai Dimaras is a self-absorbed
Cyprianite heretic, with the conceit of a 'great intellect',

legal or administrative authority over me, but
they do not have authorities over NOT A SINGLE Orthodox Priest
- who belonged to their Synod BEFORE,
- but now refused to go with them into this UNION=heresy and fall under the same ANATHEMA with them.
